BMSSW Onam Celebrations 2026 – A Celebration of Togetherness! 
The spirit of Onam came alive at Bharata Mata School of Social Work (BMSSW) with two wonderful days of celebration, laughter, friendship, and togetherness! 

 20 August: BMC faculty came together for a joyful Onam Sadya, sharing delicious food and wonderful moments as a team. The celebrations continued with the Vadam Vali competition, where BMSSW proudly secured Second Prize! 

21 August: The festive spirit continued with enthusiastic faculty participation in the Group Song competition. The much-anticipated Maveli Selection was a closely contested event, and we are delighted to share that Dr. Gokul S. from BMSSW was selected as the Best Maveli of Bharata Mata College! At the department level, we celebrated Onam with an Athapookkalam, Sadya, fun games, music, laughter, and countless memorable moments.

More than a celebration, it was a beautiful reminder of the strength of our BMSSW family—coming together, celebrating together, and creating memories together. 

Onam is all about togetherness, and BMSSW celebrated it in the best way possible!
